Thank you for shopping at SLC! Your satisfaction is important to us and we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not fully satisfied with your SLC purchase please email us with your order number, name, contact information, and reason for return. Your return must be within 30 days from the date your order was placed. There will be a 20% restocking fee for each return.
- If your product arrived defective we will gladly exchange your product for the same exact product or refund you to the original payment method for your order.
- Merchandise must have all tags, per originally received, unworn and unwashed.
- We will not accept your product if there are any deodorant marks or perfumes.
- Items must be mailed back in their original package.
- SLC is not responsible for return postage.
- Bikini bottoms must be returned with sanitary pad in bottoms.
- All sale and clearance items are final sale.
- SLC cannot refund for fees not paid to us. This applies to customs taxes, VAT or shipping costs that may be incurred as a result of the item.
- Any order canceled prior to the item being shipped out will be charged a $5.00 cancellation fee to your account. Once the order has shipped we are cannot cancel your order.
Refunds/Exchanges (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
To return your product please send us an email and we will send you the shipping address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Can I return only a portion of an item set?
No, all items have to be returned as a complete set (just as they were purchased) in the original unworn condition and original packaging.
How long does it take to process my Return or Exchange?
Returns and exchanges are generally processed within 3 business days of receipt. Please note, during seasonally high volume periods (such as Halloween Christmas, and Valentine's Day) it can take up to 15 days to process a customer return.
Do I have to pay for the shipping cost for my new exchanged item?
No, we will ship your newly exchanged item free of charge. The items will be shipped flat rate (2 -5 business days). If you are in need of expedited shipping the customer will have to pay for additional shipping charges for the upgraded.
Do you take everything back?
We will try our best to work with you. Below is a more detailed list of items that do not qualify for returns.
- We do not accept returns of items that have been worn or subjected to destructive conditions. Items not returned in original condition are not eligible for refund, store credit, or exchange. In addition, SLC does not accept returns of:
- Items that have been worn.
- Items that have been laundered.
- Items with tags removed.
- Items that smell of cigarette smoke, body odor or perfume.
- Items that have lotion or body glitter on them.
- Items that have human & animal/pet hair on them.
- Items that are soiled or stained.
- Items not returned in original packaging.
- Sale or Promo Items. This means you cannot return a clearance item due to dislike, quality, sizing, or color. It is a final Sale.
- The above items that are not eligible for returns and will be returned back to the customer at the customer's expense.
